Yesterday a team of year 5 and 6 footballers travelled to Poolfoot for the Wyre Schools football tournament. With over 260 children in attendance we were facing some really big schools and even though results may not have gone our way, it was great to see the children enjoying themselves, encouraging each other and never letting their heads drop all afternoon. What great examples of our school values of love, respect, responsibility and perseverance they were for the rest of the school.

 

As always a massive thank you to our parent transporters and in particular Mrs Goth for her coaching expertise for which I couldn't have managed without.
