Nut free school

Please be reminded that we are a nut free school. It is important that this rule is strictly followed due to medical conditions in school. This does mean that Nutella and chocolate spread sandwiches can not be included in lunchboxes.

Church

Please do not leave your children unattended in or outside church until staff arrive at 8.45am.

Church will start promptly at 8.55 each Monday. If children arrive after 8.58 you will be asked to sign the late register by the staff member.

Forest Schools

Plans are underway after Mrs Hill’s Forest School training last half term. Mrs Hill is due to be starting outdoor activity sessions with Acorn class this term. These will be every Wednesday afternoon. Please make sure children bring a change of clothes with that that is weather appropriate.

You can find out more about Forest Schools by clicking this link.

At the end of the school day staff will be outside if you have any quick queries however, we ask that parents do not enter the school building for any reason without permission from a staff member. This is to ensure we are compliant with safeguarding procedures.

After School Club and Breakfast Club

Please remember that places must be booked and paid for in advance. We really do try very hard to accommodate working parents and where possible we try and find staff cover but in the interests of transparency need to let you know there will be times when requests cannot be met.

PE and plasters

Please remember that plasters are not suitable to cover earrings, please teach your children to remove their earrings before each PE lesson.
