Dance competition

The dance for the competition is looking fantastic already! If you are still looking for outfits for this, Mrs Hill found some great ones on Amazon for a reasonable price. You are in for a real treat on the night, tickets are still on sale and can be purchased via the link below.

School uniform

Thank you for dressing your children so smartly for school, this really helps them feel prepared for the school day. The updated school uniform policy is up on our website for you to have a look at. Please also ensure that all uniform and PE kit items are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

 

A Free Parent Workshop

Lis Lofus from CAMHS is running a free parent workshop on Wednesday 6thMarch 2019 from 1.30pm- 3.15pm. This will be held at Fleetwood’s Charity School, Mill St, Preesall. This anxiety and emotional wellbeing workshop will offer support and advice for families. If you would like to attend, please contact a member of the office staff.

Education Sunday

As a school, we will be taking part in Education Sunday. This will be on Sunday 3rd February 2019. We hope that lots of you will be able to come along to this service and represent and support the school with our performances.

 

Mrs Pearson

Mrs Pearson is covering Cedar class while Miss Phillips is looking after things in the office. Mrs Pearson has many years of experience and has already settled well with the children. If you would like to meet Mrs Pearson there will be a drop-in session on Wednesday 23rdJanuary from 3.30pm until 4.15pm.

31.1.19 – PTFA Cinema night 5pm-7pm.

01.2.19- KS2 athletics competition (no swimming).

03.2.19- Education Sunday, 10:30am service.

06.2.19 – KS1 inclusion festival.

11.2.19- Dance competition at Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

14.2.19- EYFS open afternoon 1:30pm-3:30pm.

15.2.19- Drama day (assembly to start at 2.45pm).

15.2.19- Finish for half term.

Nut free school

Please be reminded that we are a nut free school. It is important that this rule is strictly followed due to medical conditions in school. This does mean that Nutella and chocolate spread sandwiches can not be included in lunchboxes.Forest Schools
