It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Pilling St John’s CE Primary School and Nursery website. Here you can get a snapshot of who we are and what we do! At Pilling St John’s CE Primary School and Nursery, we value the contribution each child brings, and we encourage them to develop as an individual within a strong Christian community. We are very proud to be at the heart of the Pilling community and place great values on the links we have made. A broad, balanced and stimulating curriculum is offered, supported by a wide range of extra-curricular activities. This encourages and enables the children to be the best that they can be and always set their standards and goals high. We believe that a happy child is a successful one who will flourish. Our mission statement underpins everything we do, ‘Growing roots, standing firm in faith and being bold in all we do.’ By working in close partnership with parents, we endeavour to ensure that all our pupils have an excellent start to their education. The commitment from both the staff and governors to make this school the best possible place for our children to learn is clearly evident in everything that happens. The children, staff, governors and our families all believe that Pilling St John’s CE Primary School and Nursery is a brilliant place to learn and grow.
