Group A Thursday update
Group A started the day with a rocky ramble up Warton Cragg. They opted for the short but steeper route to the top and Joe’s map reading took us the scenic route back to the minibus.
After a picnic lunch to refuel and a complex game of piggy in the middle, we went canoeing up the Lancaster canal. It was a dry experience until the 2 teams became competitive and then Mes Hill’s paddle might have splashed a few of the opposite team. All enjoyed a refreshing dip before burgers and brownie for tea. Games and fire here we come this evening.
