Today Year 6 had the pleasure of a visit from Jim Cross and Ms Thompson from Pilling Pottery. They spent the afternoon sculpting their own nativity figures which have been taken back to the pottery to be fired in the kiln.

The children and staff had a fantastic time and were so proud of their creations. We are very grateful to both Jim and Mrs Thompson for coming in and sharing their skills. At St John's we love working alongside visitors from our community on different projects.
